Bonnie joined the Sheep Producers Australia team in 2018, she previously held the roles of Product Integrity Policy Manager and Deputy Chief Executive Officer before being appointed as Chief Executive Officer in March 2022.
Prior to joining Sheep Producers Australia Bonnie worked in agriculture and animal health sectors in the non-for-profit and private sector.
Bonnie has a Bachelor of Equine Science, Bachelor of Applied Science (Hons 1), a Graduate Certificate in Agriculture majoring in agricultural consulting and has extensive networks across primary industries and throughout regional Australia.

General Manager Public Relations
Partnership engagement professional with over 20 years' experience in marketing, strategic business development, communications and events. Excels in generating revenue, brand management, customer engagement, development and implementation of marketing and communication strategies, corporate relations and project management.
Annie manages the social media, media, government engagement, leadership, publication and branding design, Global Sheep Producer Forum and Next Generation, website and communications. Along with a partnership program that will be established in 2023.

Technical Consultant I Health & Welfare
Johann joined Sheep Producers Australia in February 2022 on a part-time basis.
Johann is a veterinarian with a specialised interest in internal and external parasites of livestock. He spent much of his career working in the global pharmaceutical industry in South Africa, Germany and Australia, in the roles of product development and technical support.
For the last 15 years before joining SPA, Johann managed investments in animal health, welfare and biosecurity research by two rural R&D corporations – Australian Wool Innovation, and Meat & Livestock Australia.

Jessica Romeo joined Sheep Producers Australia as a Policy Advisor in July 2023.
Previously Jessica served as Secretariat for SAFEMEAT. Her ability to facilitate connectivity and collaboration across diverse stakeholder groups provided a platform for industry and government engagement and resulted in a strengthening of Australia’s red meat and livestock policy standards.
Prior to joining SAFEMEAT, Jessica served as Market Access Officer within the Export Standards Branch of the Australian Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry and prior as an Animal Technical Officer at Rivalea Australia and as a Support Officer for Elders Rural Services.
Jessica holds a Bachelor of Animal Science from Charles Sturt University in Wagga Wagga, New South Wales, and was raised on a mixed livestock and cropping enterprise.
Jessica knows firsthand the value of Australia’s Agricultural resources and its contribution to the economy which drives her passion for commercial and safety orientated policy reform.
